Abstract

|
Traditional industrial education systems cannot catch up with the recent education requirements for rapid changing and increasing knowledges and business performance improvements. Existing industrial educations of human resources cannot exceed group assembling, lecturer-centered, uniform and one time education. Distance education using Internet also cannot surpass a level that provides students with homepages simply with multimedia contents for the textbook. Compensating these weaknesses."Learn Plus" system, a distance learning system that can support students to learn continually and independently and be supported in real-time during everyday business, is introduced in this study.
